Answers, in the boring register.

If a question is about where a reward is or why it has not arrived, the answer here uses the same words the product uses. That is deliberate.

Buying and tracking

How does the tracked link work?
The link carries an identifier that the firm records against your purchase and reports back to us. It is how we know a purchase was ours to claim. If you open the firm's site another way, or clear the tracking before you buy, there may be nothing linking the purchase to you.
What breaks tracking?
Using a different discount or coupon code, buying long after you clicked, buying on a different device or browser, or blocking the tracking outright. Each offer lists its attribution window — the period after your click during which a purchase still counts.
I bought but nothing showed up. What now?
You would submit a claim with the firm's order confirmation, and a person checks it against the firm's records. Never send a card number, a password or a trading credential as part of a claim — we do not need any of them and will not accept them.
Do I get a discount on the challenge?
No. You pay the firm's normal price. The reward is separate, comes out of what the firm pays us afterwards, and only exists once that payment settles.

Rewards and points

When do points become available?
Only after the firm has settled the commission on your purchase. Before that, what you see is labelled as an estimate or as pending partner verification, and it is not redeemable. Firms commonly take weeks, and each offer shows a typical approval time.
Why was my purchase rejected?
The firm decided it was not attributable to us. A coupon code from another source is the usual reason. The reason given by the firm is shown against the purchase, and there is one appeal.
What does reversed mean?
A refund or chargeback undid the purchase after it had already been approved or settled. The commission is taken back from us, so the reward is withdrawn by a linked reversal entry.
What are points worth?
Points are redeemed for approved challenge vouchers from the catalogue, and each item shows its points cost. Points are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred, gifted or sold to anyone else.
Do points expire?
No. If that ever changes it will apply only to points issued after the new rule is published, and you will be told before it takes effect — points you already hold keep the rule they were issued under.

Safety and privacy

What do you ask for?
An email address, the country you are in, and — for a claim — the firm's order confirmation. That is the extent of it.
What will you never ask for?
Prop-firm passwords, trading platform credentials, API keys, card numbers or bank details. There is no situation in which we need any of those, so treat any request for them as fraudulent.
Can I get my data deleted?
Yes. Export and deletion can both be requested from your profile. Deletion closes the account and forfeits unspent points, so redeem them first. Marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn without losing messages about your own rewards.

Still stuck

Open a case from your account and a person picks it up. They see exactly the records you see — the same statuses, the same reasons, the same evidence. Nobody here has a hidden version of your account, and support cannot change a balance without an audit trail and a second approver.
