1. What a reward is
When you open a partner firm's site through a tracked link on this platform and buy an evaluation, that firm may pay us an affiliate commission. A reward is a share of that commission, issued to you as points.
A reward is not a discount, a rebate from the firm, or a payment from the firm to you. It is an obligation we take on once the commission behind it has cleared.
2. The settlement condition
Points become available to spend only after the partner has actually settled the commission on your purchase. This is the central rule of these terms and everything else follows from it.
Before settlement, what you see is one of the following, and we label it as such:
- Estimated reward — we have seen the purchase but nothing is confirmed.
- Pending partner verification — the firm has not confirmed the purchase yet.
- Approved by partner — the firm accepted it but has not paid.
None of those amounts are owed to you, none can be spent, and none should be treated as money you hold. Firms commonly take several weeks, and each offer page shows a typical approval time for that firm.
3. How the amount is calculated
The reward is derived from the commission the partner actually pays, as follows:
- We start with the gross commission the partner approves for your purchase.
- We subtract partner refunds, partner chargebacks and any explicit adjustment the partner applies to that commission. What remains is the eligible commission.
- Your share of the eligible commission is set by the reward policy in force when you clicked the tracked link, and is converted to points at the point valuation stated in that policy.
- All calculations round down to whole units. We never round in our own favour by more than a single minor unit.
We do not deduct our running costs from your share. Support, fulfilment, payment fees and platform overhead come out of our remainder, not out of your reward, unless a deduction is expressly defined in these terms.
4. Policy versions
Reward policies are versioned. The version that applied at the moment you opened the tracked link is the version that prices your reward, even if we change the policy afterwards. Your points history shows the policy version behind every lot.
We may change the reward policy for future purchases at any time. We will not change it retrospectively for a purchase already made.
5. Reversal
If a purchase is refunded, charged back, or the partner reverses the commission after we have already issued points, we withdraw the points by a linked reversal entry. We do not delete the original record; the reversal appears in your points history alongside it.
If the reversed points have already been spent, we will not claw back a voucher that has been issued to you. Your balance may go to zero, but it will not go negative and we will not invoice you.
6. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must be resident in a country the platform serves and that the specific offer permits. Country restrictions are listed on every offer and partner page.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts, and rewards claimed through them, may be withdrawn.
- You may not earn a reward on your own referral, and you may not claim a reward on a purchase you did not make.
- A purchase earns at most one reward, unless the partner's programme expressly permits recurring commission on repeat purchases.
7. What points are, and are not
- Points are redeemable only from our catalogue, for the items listed there.
- Points are not cash. They cannot be withdrawn, converted to currency or crypto, or paid out in any form.
- Points cannot be transferred, gifted, sold or redeemed on another person's behalf.
- Points do not expire. If that ever changes, the change will apply only to points issued after the new rule is published, and you will be told before it takes effect.
- Points are an obligation of this platform, not of any partner firm. A partner firm is not liable for them.
8. Redemption
Redeeming reserves the required points, allocates a voucher, and consumes your oldest available points first. Redemption requires a verified account and a catalogue item available in your country.
If fulfilment fails at any point, the reservation is released and no points are lost. Vouchers are single-use, are issued by the partner firm, and are governed by that firm's own terms once redeemed. We are not responsible for a firm's refusal to honour a validly issued voucher, but we will pursue it with them on your behalf and refund your points if it cannot be resolved.
9. Missing rewards, claims and appeals
If a purchase you made through a tracked link never appears, you can open a claim from your account with the firm's order reference. Never send a password, a card number or a trading credential with a claim; we do not need them and will not accept them.
We check the claim against the partner's own report. The outcome and the reason are shown to you. A rejected claim may be appealed once, and the appeal is reviewed by someone other than the person who decided it.
10. Abuse
We may withhold, withdraw or reverse a reward, and suspend an account, where we have reasonable grounds to believe there has been fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referral, manipulation of attribution, or purchases made to extract rewards with no intention of using the evaluation. Where we do, you are told the reason and may appeal.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Material changes are notified before they take effect, the version history is kept in your account, and a change never retrospectively reduces a reward already issued to you.
12. What we do not promise
Nothing in these terms is a promise that you will pass an evaluation, receive funding, or make a profit. See the independence and risk disclosure for the full position, including the conflict of interest created by how we are paid.
