Terms of service

The agreement between you and the operator of this platform: what we do, what we do not do, and what each side is responsible for.

1. Who we are

PropDegenerate is an independent rewards platform. We are not a proprietary trading firm, we do not run evaluations, we do not fund traders, we do not operate a trading platform and we hold nobody's trading capital.

We are not an authorised representative of any firm listed on this site and we do not speak for them. The operating entity and its registration details are being finalised and will be named here before the service accepts real partner traffic.

2. What the service does

We list evaluation products sold by partner firms, generate a tracked link when you choose one, and — if that firm attributes the purchase to us and pays the affiliate commission — issue you points that can be redeemed from our catalogue.

That is the entire service. In particular, we do not:

  • take payment for an evaluation, or handle your card details;
  • ask for, store or use prop-firm logins or trading credentials;
  • place, copy, recommend or manage any trade;
  • provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice;
  • guarantee any outcome of an evaluation or any funded account.

3. Your purchase is with the firm

When you buy an evaluation you contract with the partner firm, not with us. The price, the rules, the platform, the profit split, the payout process and any refund are theirs and are governed by their terms.

Any dispute about the evaluation itself is between you and that firm. Our obligation to you is limited to the reward, on the conditions set out in the reward terms.

4. Your account

  • You must be 18 or over and resident in a country the service supports.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure.
  • You must give accurate information, including your country of residence, which determines which offers can earn you a reward.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • create duplicate or fictitious accounts;
  • manipulate attribution, including by falsifying order references;
  • claim a reward on a purchase you did not make;
  • scrape, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or a partner's systems;
  • represent yourself as acting for us, or use our name or a partner's name in a way that implies authorisation you do not have.

6. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account where we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been broken, or where required by law or by a partner agreement. Where we do, we tell you the reason and you may appeal once. Points already available at the time of suspension are held, not confiscated, while an appeal is decided, unless they were obtained through the conduct in question.

You may close your account at any time. Closing it forfeits any unspent points, so redeem them first.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Offers, partners and catalogue items change, and a partner or offer may be paused or removed at any time. A pause does not affect points already available to you.

8. Liability

We are responsible for issuing and fulfilling rewards under the reward terms. We are not responsible for:

  • a partner firm's conduct, solvency, rules, platform or payouts;
  • a partner's decision to reject or reverse a conversion;
  • losses from trading, including the loss of an evaluation fee;
  • any outcome you hoped for from an evaluation, funded account or trading activity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes are notified before they take effect, and your account keeps a record of which version you accepted and when. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law and disputes

The governing law and jurisdiction will be stated here once the operating entity is confirmed. Before any formal dispute, please use the complaints process — most issues are resolved there.
